Mahdi Devs ("we," "us," or "our") built the Chord Sense app as a Freemium app. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what data is collected, why it’s collected, and how it is handled when you use our application.

The short version: We do not require you to create an account, we do not have a login system, and we do not collect or store any of your personal data on our own servers. However, we do use third-party services (like Google) to provide analytics, crash reporting, and advertising, which may collect specific data from your device.

None. Chord Sense is designed to perform its core functions offline. We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Collection

While we do not collect data directly, our app integrates third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, track app usage, and serve advertisements. These services operate under their own Privacy Policies.

The third-party service providers used by this app include:

• Google Analytics for Firebase: Used to understand how users interact with the app so we can improve it.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Used to track app crashes and technical errors.
• Google AdMob (or similar ad networks): Used to serve advertisements within the app to support development.

These services may automatically collect data such as your IP address, device model, operating system, and mobile advertising IDs (like Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID).

Chord Sense offers an optional in-app purchase to remove advertisements. We do not process these payments ourselves and do not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or financial data. 5. Your Rights Under the GDPR

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Because we do not store any of your personal data on our servers, we cannot directly export, modify, or delete personal data. However, you have control over the data collected by the third-party services mentioned above:

• Opting out of Ads Tracking: You can opt out of personalized advertising by changing the privacy/ad settings directly on your mobile device (e.g., enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not have user accounts and do not store user data on our servers, there is no user data for us to delete. If you wish to stop all third-party data collection associated with Chord Sense, you can simply uninstall the application from your device.
